To be beside the seaside
Weston-Super-Mare, Avon
In 2008 we moved to the South West for Chris' work. We were both 19 and had never lived away from our homes before, so to suddenly find ourselves independant of our parents and living miles away from any of the people and places we knew was quite a shock for the both of us.
I managed to get a place at a university in Bristol which meant I could finish my photography degree and we stayed there until we both completed our studies. Since then we returned to the Midlands to live in our little flat and get our grown-up jobs, but we left a little bit of ourselves back there in Weston. It will always be our home.
