It's taken a few months for Rory to be fully comfortable with unfamiliar people. She's never been away from her parents for any longer than 3 hours in her entire life, and so it took her a while to accept that her family was larger than just the three of us. When she was tiny my dad came over to keep me company while Chris worked nights and she screamed for hours in his face when he tried to rock her to sleep, but now he only needs to pick her up and she's out like a light. Now that she's a little older it's so amazing to see her forming different relationships with the numerous people in her life.
